FIT Merchandising Pty Ltd was established in 2008 as a specialised Sales and Merchandising company, providing support in Australia and New Zealand to Bunnings and the independent hardware sector.

FIT Merchandising has now grown in size to a staff of more than 100, providing support to more than a dozen major Suppliers in Australia and New Zealand.

Our company represents market leaders including Wagner, Heritage Timber, James Hardie, Daytek, Dymark, ITW Proline, RELN Tumbleweed, Stefani, Cyclone, Rustoleum, Holman and FBA Ezy Storage.

Positioned as a connection point between the Retail Industry and Wholesalers (Manufacturers/Distributors), the company specialises in Sales and Merchandising Services by providing insightful Business Solutions, customised Sales Staff and innovative and creative Merchandisers and Installers, across a variety of retail industries. These outlets include Bunnings, Camping, Officeworks, Automotive and others.

Having worked in the Hardware Industry for more than 25 years, the Director of FIT, Dale Keating, has been positioned within a variety of national roles. As a result, Dale came to understand that a void can exist between the supplier and retailer when having to deal through a secondary party, this lead to the motivation to form an appropriate business solution in the form of FIT Merchandising. Dale combined a passion for sales with an acute level of business acumen to formulate a company that provides more than just a sales and merchandising service, FIT pride themselves in the delivery of high standards and personalised service.

Dale works by the criteria of “It starts by employing the right team”, and the belief that “a business is only as strong as its weakest link, and in this industry, that saying couldn’t be more true”.
