At FIT we have developed an In-Store App which allows us to provide key information in real time out to our team in the field.

Our comprehensive reporting system  has the flexibility to be customised to meet your specific information requirements.  As standard, the report provides the following information:

  • Geographical Location
  • The name of the Merchandiser/Representative completing the store visit
  • Tasks performed in store
  • General comments, including any issues encountered
  • Order value and number
  • In store photos

We also have the capability to add in adhoc “store surveys” and "task objectives" such as how many bays of your product are in store, or other survey questions that you might like answered. This allows you to find out what's going on with your product without having to visit the stores yourself.

This valuable data can then be delivered to our clients or viewed on a “real time” dashboard giving your company up to date information about how your products are selling and being represented.
